MY Thoughts:
This was a quick read for me, even though I didn't read any of the other books in this series, I still knew what was going on. Caleb and Skylar have been together for 2 years and counting and they have had their fair shares of up and downs. Just as everything is starting to look up and they're about to look at an apartment together, Caleb decides to enter the NFL draft a year earlier than planned. Not wanting to make Skylar give up her dream school, Caleb does what he thinks is best and breaks up with her. On Valentine's Day. (I cringed at that and wanted to slap him myself). When Skylar realized why Caleb broke up with her she was even more devastated. Even though they were broken up, they still kind of acted like a couple. When Skylar gets into an accident that puts her in a coma, its Caleb's voice that brings her back. Right before the draft Skylar realizes that she wants to be with Caleb and that Duke doesn't mean anything without him there. This was a sweet book that makes you believe that love conquers all. I'll now read the other two books. I'm a rebel.
