MY THOUGHTS:
I'm not usually one for historical romance books, but this one changed my mind, it was that good! I'm not always a big fan of switching POV's either and this story was told from three POV's, and I was very ok with that. It just added more insight into their life's. My heart really went out to Jeanie Arthur while she was separated from her two children. I loved reading about the slower times from those centuries and I absolutely adored all the letters. It was like reading a piece of history. This book was well thought out and Kathleen Shoop did an amazing job. This was my first book by this author and I've already bought the first book in this series and will hopefully find time to read it. Love. Loss. Forgiveness. They all play a part in this book.
