Synopsis:
his fan favorite by New York Times bestselling author Susan Mallery shines with destiny, desire and a little holiday magic!

In her youth, Molly Anderson couldn't help crushing on gorgeous bad boy Dylan Black—even though he had eyes only for her older sister. When things didn't work out between them, he said goodbye to Molly as well, vowing they'd have a great adventure when she grew up. Years later, dumped by her fiancé just before Christmas, she's finally ready to take Dylan up on his promise.

A guarded Dylan always had a weakness for Molly, and when she waltzes back into his life—grown-up and gorgeous—he's stunned. So why not whisk her away for some no-strings-attached fun?

Laughter-filled days and late-night kisses are changing Molly's life, for good. The only gift she truly wants now is Dylan's love, but when he discovers the secret she's been keeping, she may lose him again…this time forever.

My Thoughts:
I'm a huge fan of Susan Mallery, I literally have every single one of her books. I especially look forward to the Christmas books she puts out. There's always just something magical about them and her characters.
Molly has always had a crush on her older sister's boyfriend, so when her sister marries someone else, Dylan leaves town and leaves Molly with a ring that was supposed to be her sister's engagement ring. He tells her that when she gets older and wants an adventure to come find him and give him the ring. Fast forward many years and Molly is ready for that adventure. After a disastrous week where she loses her job, finds out that her fiance is leaving her for someone else, and a major health concern, Molly looks up Dylan and sets out for her adventure.
Dylan has transformed from the boy with nothing to the man with everything. He now has a very successful and lucrative business and is in talks to sell the company for a small fortune.
I really loved Dylan and Molly, I've read tons of book and this couple still stands out in my mind. I loved reading about Dylan's attraction to Molly intensify, and for him to realize that he had feelings for he. He was such a lovable bad-ass. My heart went out to Molly, especially after the week she had. She was such an incredibly strong character. Not to mention the chemistry between these two was off the charts. This was truly a gem of a book.
