Synopsis: She planned for everything...except him.
Sara Greaves has been planning her perfect wedding since she was five. Twenty years. Wasted. When she's dumped by her fiancé, she heads to Vegas to forget and ends up at a hotel hosting a Romance Readers conference. Cuz she's lucky like that. Mr. Tall, Dark, And Anti-Marriage buys Sara a drink, and makes her a bet...she could marry any guy in Vegas tonight and make it work.
She wasn't supposed to choose him.
Ethan Munroe is a ruthless divorce lawyer who would have been voted "Least Likely To Marry (Ever)" in school. And yet, here he is with a hangover, a wedding band, and a sexy, gorgeous bride for the next month. A bride who doesn't want to stay married to him. He never planned this, but he can't bring himself to go for the speedy divorce. Has Mr. Anti-Marriage finally met his match?

My Thoughts:  Sara is a lingerie designer who has been planning her wedding for twenty years. Noy just any wedding either, a $70,000 dream wedding. She has used all her savings for her wedding and two weeks before she's supposed to say I do, the groom breaks it off. Sara thinking that she needs to be unpredictable flee's to Vegas, where she meets a hot-shot divorce lawyer, Ethan.
Ethan is escaping for LA to unwind before he defends his mother in her divorce against his Father. Ethan knows that marriage isnt for him, but yet he can't stop himself from wanting Sara.
During a drunken conversation in a bar, Ethan bets Sara that any man in the bar will make her happy, they agree to a month and that on the last day, Sara will be happy. Ethan and Sara get married and then Sara moves to LA for a month. They have their fair share of trouble, but it all works out well for them. This book has some plot twist. I enjoyed it.

Synopsis:   Play hard, love hard.
Don’t fall into the lap of the enormous Russian. Do outlaw all thoughts of crazy-hot sex on living room floor with hockey player you’ve only just met.
When junior hockey star Mick “The Dragon” Volkov first shows up on her doorstep, Julia gives her ornery student a month before he bails on his French lessons. Yet by the end of that first day, she finds herself smitten with the playful flirt beneath that intimidating exterior.
Trying to keep her attraction to this bruiser in check becomes a futile exercise for Julia. Once Mick makes it clear he wants her in his bed, Julia decides to give in to temptation and discovers that “The Dragon” is just as explosive in bed as he is on the ice.

My Thoughts: This book was short and sweet(sexy). Julia is Mick's French tutor and from the start there's sizzling chemistry. This book was filled with sexual innuendos, bad Russian humor that's funny, and tons of flirting. Julia tries her best to stay out of Mick's bed but, by Halloween that's exactly where she finds herself. This was a quick read and a very nice dose of sexy Russian and off the charts chemistry.

Synopsis: Only one girl will win the cash prize...and a chance at love with Jeremy Bane.
Monet isn't just another lust-struck teenager trying to win the heart of Rock God Jeremy Bane--she needs the prize money from his new reality show to cure her illness.
Monet has Fluxem, a contagious disease that’s spread through saliva. It's completely curable if you have enough money, which she and her single mother don’t. Now that she's on the show, Monet has to work harder to keep her Fluxem hidden. She only has to keep the secret long enough to woo Jeremy Bane so he picks her as the winner. She doesn’t even care about the love part; the prize alone will change her life.
But the real Jeremy Bane is nothing like she imagined. Monet finds herself fighting against feelings that make her want to give in to her attraction and Jeremy’s attempts for a kiss. The further she goes in the competition, the more impossible it becomes to resist him--and when the producers turn the tables and start digging up dirt on the contestants, Monet fears her secret will be revealed before she's ready and ruin everything.
The only way to win Jeremy's heart is to tell him the truth, but confessing her disease could cost her the competition, the prize money, and him

My Thoughts:   Think bachelor, only the bachelor is a teenage rock star and its set in a dystopian world. I really did like this book. Monet has fluxem and she needs the money for the cure before she starts to experience symptoms. She auditions for the show thinking that she'll hopefully win and not fall for Jeremy. Plot twist, she falls for the boy. Monet and Jeremy have an undeniable chemistry from the moment he gives her water after being sick. As the show starts to tape and Monet spends more time with Jeremy, she starts to feel guilty. She really likes, but she also needs the money, she starts showing symptoms during filming. She finally tells him the truth when they sneak away to have a moment without the cameras. This book was filled with some many plot twists that will keep you entertained through the whole book. I definite must-read book.

Book review: First last kiss by Lia Riley

Synopsis:    A kiss is just the beginning…
Pinterest Perfect. Or so Annie Carson's life appears on her popular blog. Reality is ... messier. Especially when it lands her back in one-cow town Brightwater, California, and back in the path of the gorgeous six-foot-four reason she left. Sawyer Kane may fill out those Wranglers, but she won't be distracted from her task. Annie just needs the summer to spruce up and sell her family's farm so she and her young son can start a new life in the big city. Simple, easy, perfect.
Sawyer has always regretted letting the first girl he loved slip away. He won't make the same mistake twice, but can he convince beautiful, wary Annie to trust her heart again when she's been given every reason not to? And as a single kiss turns to so much more, can Annie give up her idea of perfect for a forever that's blissfully real?

My Thoughts: Annie and Sawyer used to have a thing back in high school, but a misunderstanding destroyed whatever they could have had. Annie comes back to Brightwater to fix up her family's farm to sell,so she and her son, Atticus, can start all over in San Francisco, where Annie hopes to make her blog into a career. What she didn't expect was to pick things back up with the handsome sheriff, Sawyer. Sawyer has always considered Annie the one who got away, and when she comes back to town, Sawyer can't help but to want her to stay in Brightwater forever.
